Trustee Vacancies
The Trust has three vacant Trustee positions on the Board; one for Kings Tamerton/St Budeaux, one for Keyham, and one for Barne Barton. The role will require you to serve as an ambassador for the charity promoting the understanding and recognition of, and support for, the North Yard Community Trust CIO.
For each vacancy, the ideal person will need to live in the areas of St Budeaux, Kings Tamerton, Keyham, and Barne Barton. The ideal person will need to have good local knowledge and be active in the local community. They will need to be IT literate, a team player and be able to communicate clearly and sensitively and to take an active part in discussions.
The role will require attendance at one evening meeting per month and Trustees will be expected to take time to prepare in advance for those meetings. Trustees may be asked to attend additional meetings when required and to visit projects.
This is a voluntary role and there is no remuneration.
